- NEBULIZER DEVICE HANDLING & BATTERY COMPLIANCE
- Secure Packaging: Our nebulizers are packaged in shock-resistant, and hygienic protective wrapping to ensure they arrive sterile, intact, and ready for use.
- Lithium Battery Notice: Some portable mesh nebulizers contain integrated rechargeable lithium batteries. In accordance with international aviation safety regulations, these items may be subject to specialized security screening, which can occasionally alter shipping routes or cause minor delays. This is an industry-standard safety protocol.
- TAXES
- Responsibility: All taxes of the customer. Nebulizer.store has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system. - DELIVERY ISSUES & INACCURATE ADDRESSES
- Wrong Address: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to re-send the item.
