- THE 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your request must meet the specific hygiene and product condition criteria outlined below. - STRICT HYGIENE & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Because nebulizers are personal medical devices that interact directly with the respiratory system, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items due to cross-contamination risks and public health laws.
A. Eligible for Return (Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse):
- The product must be completely UNOPENED, UNUSED, and in its original, sealed factory packaging.
- All original plastic wrap, safety seals, boxes, manuals, and accessories must be fully intact and undamaged.
- The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
B. Ineligible for Return:
- Any nebulizer or accessory (such as masks, tubing, or medicine cups) that has been opened, unsealed, or plugged into a power source.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper cleaning, or accidental drops.
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS (QUALITY ISSUES)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at yevlldoo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To claim a refund or replacement for a defective/damaged product:
- Email us your Order Number and a detailed description of the problem.
- Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or physical damage.
Once verified by our technical team, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a brand-new replacement or a 100% full refund at no extra cost to you. - RETURN SHIPPING FEES
- For Quality Issues (Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item): Nebulizer.store will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- For Non-Quality Issues (Change of Mind/Ordered by Mistake): The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs, tracking fees, and any applicable import duties/taxes incurred during the return process. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund. - REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our hygiene and sealing criteria, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If Approved: Your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe) within 5 to 10 business days.
- Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted. - CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at yevlldoo@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
