6.2 Return Eligibility: Unused, unopened, and intact products with original packaging can be applied for return within 30 calendar days from the date of parcel receipt. 6.5 Customized products, clearance products, and accessory consumables (such as nebulizer masks, atomizing cups, filters) do not support unconditional returns and refunds for hygiene and safety reasons.
